fly boot error

i'm working through the IDE help and trying out the test script creation. , but for some odd reason its not liking the fly Boot,  and the rest of the boot loader code? , its not exactly clear where this is suppose to go?

so further some checking over , the "fly"  variable is mentioned , but it doesn't appear to like it in const. i tried to apply the fly variable in MAIN and it still doesn't like it.
