Honda script have problem with 60bs

hello everyone i have problem with script or any thing when i click on read then its say me that connection error!!! mcu not answer please check connection can anyone help me 

everything is connect well but i dont understand what problem here can some one would help me

What script do you use? The name of the script?

Honda Fujitsu  MB91xxx60bs  and 61 by cardaig

1. usb cable should be no greater than the length 1m, make sure of high quality.
2. No external power supply should not be.
3.The connection check according to the scheme.

i do that all had same problem what i do now i connect with eeprom adpater with iproh when i click on read then it shows power overload even no external power not connect just eeprom
