software crash iprog pro version 81

hello i have just changed computers 
i have updated my machine (still running windows xp )

but now my software crash  with iprog pro i am runing version 81 

the old xp machine was running well no other software seems to have any issues 

is there any drivers i may have to update or something ?

no good it did not fix it 
i have version 77 here that works well but it needs a update to run later scripts i have 
it goes to up date it says it has updated but it doesnt work any ideas ?

maybe becauce  i was version 81 and now it will not update since i used a higher software before

uodate i just tried another computer it has now updated to version 84  
possibly the computer was no letting it update 
i will see how it goes now 

update all seems to be working 
must have got a currupt file when moving it from one computer to the other
