Стирать\читать\писать EEPROM.
Читать\писать Configuration and Security bits.
Питание 5v/3v.
Подключение по SPI 4 провода и два питание.
Питание можно подавать от программатора на время программирования.
Адаптер не требуется,подключение к программатору на прямую.
