не могу читать epprom A51/c juf000 d836 видима аналог 93с56 \66 через iprog+

в этом чип цоколевка вроде правильно ,  где надрез к корпусе , точки нет , но вообще не видит . Можете дать совет , на этот чип A51/c juf000 d836 и дать готовый скрипт
