Но работать с флешью желательно на столе.

Так как кан-шина на авто может сослужить плохую службу.

А читать и писать еепром, можно и на авто и на столе ( проверено).
Это надо например, если меняете блок с одинаковыми номерами,

то достаточно перезалить еепром и авто заведется.
